Q: How can I register on the site?

Click the Sign Up link in the main menu.

 

Q: What does registration provide me?

So many features and functions unlock for you! As you are registered, you may do the following:

- communicate in Text Chat and Video Chat rooms anytime the Advisors are online.

- be Notified by email when your Favorite Psychic is online! After you click the "HEART" button under Advisor, be sure to TICK THE BOX on your profile page above the "Receive Newsletters" option.

- gain entry to a "GOLD SHOW" using the "TIP" feature! These are bespoke group sessions, where the Psychic hosts meditations, workshops and more - add funds, and click the "TIP" button to pay the session price and gain entry to the bespoke "GOLD SHOW".

- enable a private channel of communication via chat between only you and the Psychic by clicking the "EYE" button to the left of the "chat text entry box".

- enable a private LiVE Audio/Video channel between only you and the Psychic by clicking the "CAMERA" button at the top left of the Live Streaming Psychic.

- personalize your public chat with photo uploads when you click the "emoji :) " button, and click the "PHOTO" icon at the far right to upload an image - please be mindful of the Psychic and other members - DO NOT UPLOAD SENSITIVE MATERIAL or you may be banned by the Advisor!

- send direct mail messages with photo and video by clicking the purple "MAIL" button on the top right of the Psychic's Live Streaming page (visible only when in full screen mode) or on the homepage under the Psychic's profile photo.

- change your profile data.

- receive our newsletter to your e-mail.
- renew your account and check the chat history.

 

Q: Do I need a camera to talk to the Advisors in a chat room?

It is not necessary to have a camera just for talking. However, you may engage directly with Audio and Video with a Live Psychic if you choose to click the "CAMERA" button on the top left of the Psychic's Live Stream.

 

Q: How can I add money to my account?

You may do this on the Add Funds page - when you are in "FREECHAT" with a Live Streaming Psychic, this function is located on the top left of the screen as a "COINS" button, and the "PLUS+" button on the top right of the fullscreen for desktop, or the top right |+| of the chat entry box. You can also click "ADD FUNDS |+| " on your profile page.

 

Q: I just registered. How can I access my profile/account?

Use the login form

 

Q: I just registered but completely forgot my password. How can I restore it?

Use the "restore password" form. You should remember the email you wrote in the field during the registration and you will get the information right on your address.

 

Q: I have a problem which I can not solve even after reading the FAQs. Whom shall I write to get the answers?

F.A.Q. for Advisors

 

Q: Do I need a webcam to become an Advisor on the site?

Yes. In addition, it is necessary to consider that the Internet network and web-camera must be good and qualitative - the better your video, the better the experience for the members and guests viewing your channel.

Q: I would like to register on the site as an Advisor. How can I make this happen?

Please fill in the registration form, then fill in the fields of your profile, download the pictures and finish the registration.
The account of each Advisor is checked by the administration team. After approval your account will become activated.

Q: How can I log in my Advisor account?

At the bottom of the home page, click Expert Login.

Q: I forgot my Advisor password. What should I do?

Use the "restore password" form.

Q: What should I do to be online on the main page of the site?

Login your account and start the video stream from your own page. (Remember that you can open this page as tab in your browser and look there only when you have somebody in your chat room.)

 

F.A.Q. for studio managers

 

Q: I want to register on your site as the studio manager. How can I do it?

Please fill in the registration form, then fill in the fields of your profile, and finish the registration.
The account of each manager is checked by the administration team. After approval it will be activated.

Q: How can I log in my manager's account?

Use the manager's form to login.

Q: I forgot my manager's password. What should I do?

Use the "restore password" form.
